    Hi,
I wanted to know if there is any way to calculate the pressure distribution in a force(only) driven flow? e.g., forced type in poiseuille3d case uses a force calculated using Poiseuille equation. Here, since the pressure distribution is linear, one can easily obtain the pressure distribution. But, if the flow domain is complex, how shall we calculate the distribution of pressure?.

Another question is, in poiseuille3d case, why do we assign force to both material 1(fluid) and 2(boundary)? I was wondering if assigning force to material 1 is not enough?

    Thank you for your time,
    Best,
    Nipin

Since Force is grad(Pressure), in a forced driven flow, the Pressure is the actual Pressure plus the Force and yes setting the force also at the boundary is not needed..
